WHO WE ARE

Rambaldini Welding Services Ltd was established in 2016 by Jake Rambaldini whilst working alongside Pearsall Training & Consultancy who have provided professional welder training services for over 20 years. We continue to provide a unique approach to welder training and qualification services across the welding industry.

Our high level of expertise and experience in the industry allows us to provide you with a professional, tailored service to meet your needs and requirements.

We provide both practical training and technical Job Knowledge which form part of an industry recognised welder qualification.

We cover all manual, semi-automated and robotic welding processes, covering materials from Low Alloyed Carbon Steels to specialised application materials such as Copper and Super Duplex.

We also have training facilities based in Northamptonshire with the necessary equipment if off site training is required.

We took over from Pearsall Training & Consultancy when they closed in 2018 due to Jon Pearsall's retirement.

I started my welding career at Doosan Babcock’s welder training school in Tipton where I completed an advanced apprenticeship. I then went on to work as a welder on site as well as an instructor in the training school where my apprenticeship had begun.

In 2011 my skills were recognised and put to the test in the international skills competition, WorldSkills. During the competition I competed against 35 other countries and I managed to be place 3rd in the world, achieving the UK’s first ever medal in welding.

Since the competition I have gone on to follow my passion of training apprentices and experienced welders.

I hope to continue my work to further the skills of welders who also have the opportunity to represent their country and themselves in national and international competitions.

In 2020 I was privileged enough to be appointed the Welding Training Manager for WorldSkills which will be held in Shanghai in 2022!
